HR Assistant (Generalist)
who is organised, discreet, and passionate about supporting a dynamic hospitality team.

What You'll Do
Provide full HR administrative support -- from drafting contracts, disciplinaries, and probation reviews to minute-taking and maintaining accurate records.
Assist with payroll processes using
VIP Payroll
(PAYSPACE exposure advantageous).
Support Employment Equity initiatives and ensure compliance with HR procedures.
Act as a trusted support partner to management and employees, promoting a positive, professional work culture.

What You'll Need
Minimum
3 years' experience
in an HR administrative or generalist role, ideally within hospitality.
Strong communication and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Experience working with
VIP Payroll
; PAYSPACE knowledge a plus.
Reliable, proactive, and approachable with a solid work ethic.
