Experience:
- Minimum of 3+ years in a similar role, with a primary focus on benefits administration and execution of Human Capital Functional areas
- Working knowledge of Kerridge and Sage 300 system for payroll management.
- Familiarity with the MEIBC Main agreement.
- Proficiency in related legislation such as the Labour Relations Act (LRA), Basic Conditions of Employment (BCEA), Employment Equity Act (EEA), and Skills Development Act (SDA).
- A degree in Psychology, Industrial Psychology, or a related field is an advantage.
