The HR Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative and HR support to the HR team, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and smooth day-to-day HR operations. The role includes employee record management, documentation processing, onboarding support, payroll assistance, and general administrative functions. Experience with PRP time and attendance systems is advantageous but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration & Compliance
Manage and maintain accurate and confidential employee records
Ensure all statutory documentation is completed, filed, and maintained
Process and submit UI19s , termination forms, and compliance-related documents
Support HR audits and ensure documentation is always up to date
Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist with posting vacancies, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews
Prepare onboarding packs and facilitate new-employee induction processes
Ensure all new starter documentation is fully completed and filed
Payroll & Benefits Support
Provide administrative support for monthly payroll cycles
Assist with benefits administration and employee-related queries
Ensure accurate collation of timesheets and attendance records
General HR Operations
Provide administrative support across the HR department
Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation as required
Assist with employee relations admin and communication
Maintain accurate records across systems and filing structures
Salary & Employment Details
R10 000 - R15 000 per month , depending on experience
