Provide an effective Recruitment & selection services to HR Technical so as to ensure that the most suitable candidate for the position is appointed timeously. Engage in the recruitment and selection process by adhering to SAAT standards.

Principal Accountabilities
Liaise with internal customer (manager) to establish outputs/KPA's knowledge, skills and behavioral competencies needed for the position to be advertised.
Agree on process and time frames
Obtain EE requirements and determine current skills availability.
Draft advertisement and distribute timeously.
Complete paper screening and, coordinate, participate and facilitate internal and external candidates.
Accurate recording of proceedings and conduct psychometric testing.
Perform external reference checking.
Draft appointment letters, arrange medical testing and proficiency testing.
Provide verbal and written feedback to line manager of unsuccessful candidates if and when required
Arrange for feedback on external psychometric testing.
Provide necessary information in the event of a dispute.
Complete post-interview administration e.g. assessment sheet, interview report, paper screening checklist and records.
Coordinate the induction and orientation of all new recruits according to the induction program.
Arrange temporary workers through preferred suppliers.

Qualifications & Experience
Grade 12 or Equivalent
HR Diploma/Degree will be an advantage
One year HR experience or applicable administrative experience
Good Interviewing skills
PC Literate - MS Office package
