HR Administrator - Security Industry (Johannesburg)
We are seeking a
highly organised and experienced HR Administrator
to join our team within the Security Industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for HR administration, compliance requirements, staff files, onboarding, terminations, and related HR functions.
Minimum Requirements
Matric
PSIRA Registration (advantageous)
Minimum of 5 years HR experience
within the Security Industry.
Valid driver's licence and own vehicle (advantageous)
Strong knowledge of HR compliance, disciplinary matters and employee files.
Ability to work under pressure.
Strong administrative accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation.
Assist with recruitment and vetting processes.
Coordinate onboarding and inductions.
Manage disciplinary and grievance documentation.
Ensure HR compliance in line with PSIRA and Labour requirements.
HR reporting and record keeping.
Support operational teams with HR-related matters.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication skills.
Strong administrative and organisational ability.
Ability to work independently.
Familiar with MS Office.
Location: Johannesburg
Type: Full-Time (Monday - Friday and every alternate Saturday) 07:30 - 16:30
