Job Description

HR/Payroll Administrator



We are looking for an experienced HR/Payroll Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for processing payroll for 150 monthly employees, managing bi-weekly casual staff payments, and handling HR administrative tasks such as leave management, employee records, and month-end reporting.

Requirements:



HR Diploma 2-3 years' payroll experience (PaySpace knowledge advantageous) Exposure to HR administration Strong Excel and numerical skills Knowledge of South African payroll legislation High attention to detail and confidentiality
