ENVIRONMENT:
PROVIDE administrative support to the HR Department as the next HR Administrator wanted by a Tourism and Hospitality company providing luxury accommodation to join its team. The role will involve employee relations, engagement, recruitment, benefits, legislation, wellness and health and safety programs. You will also ensure that all employee files and other legislative aspects are beyond reproach. Applicants will need a relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, or Organisational/ Industrial Psychology, or People Management with at least 2 years experience in the same or similar position including being familiar with all Human Recourses legislature and amendments.
