Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate seasonal recruitment and onboarding of farm workers Maintain accurate employee records and timesheets Support payroll processing and compliance with labor laws Handle HR queries and provide administrative support to farm management Assist with health & safety documentation and training coordination

Requirements:



Previous experience in HR or administrative roles (agriculture experience is a plus!) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools Fluent in [Insert Language(s)]
