AIM OF POSITION
This role has a dual purpose:
1) HR Administrator: To ensure effective administration is conducted and all information is recorded and stored accurately and timeously, and to co-ordinate HR activities Nationally.
2) HR Analytics: To support an effective and efficient HR function through processes, systems, data, analytics, and metrics. To improve the link between people and data, provide insights that lead to data-driven recommendations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
1.1 Perform and co-ordinates Human Resource practices and activities.
