Provide administrative and HR support from the Fourways office and on-site in Northern Cape & Limpopo
Handle general office administration including filing, correspondence, and document control
Assist with HR-related tasks such as employee records, onboarding, leave tracking, and timesheets and other
Support recruitment logistics (e.g., scheduling interviews, collecting CVs)
Input basic payroll data and liaise with the finance team
Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Female candidate preferred (due to team structure)
Previous experience in a mining or industrial environment is essential
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Basic understanding of HR functions and processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Must be based in or near Fourways
Willing and able to travel regularly to Northern Cape & Limpopo for on-site support
Honest, dependable, and able to work independently under pressure
