Job Description

A transformation and People Management Advisory is seeking an HR Administrator to join their team.

In office - based in Gauteng

Job Specification



Provide administrative support for HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and HR compliance. EE reporting Assist with BBBEE administration, including data collection, verification preparation, and compliance tracking. Maintain accurate records of employee information and HR documentation. Coordinate and support training and development initiatives. Prepare reports and presentations as required. Liaise with clients to gather required information and ensure smooth administrative processes. Support with admin on disciplinary actions

Requirements:



3-5 years of experience in an HR administration role. Basic Experience with BBBEE administration is highly advantageous. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced consulting environment. Team player
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to R15000,00 per month

Work Location: In person
