Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in a housekeeping supervisory role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to lead by example and maintain team morale.
Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and motivate the housekeeping team. Conduct daily room and area inspections to ensure quality. Manage stock levels of amenities, linen, and cleaning materials. Maintain accurate records of lost property and housekeeping logs. Report maintenance and safety concerns promptly. * Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
