Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and ensure our facility maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate a team of approximately 10 housekeeping staff. Ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained according to company standards and checklists. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks. Manage daily cleaning schedules and allocate tasks effectively. Maintain stock levels and oversee usage of cleaning materials and equipment. Prepare and submit housekeeping reports and maintenance requests. Train, motivate, and support team members to deliver consistent service excellence.
Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12) essential. Fluent in English and Afrikaans (both written and spoken). Proven experience in housekeeping supervision or team leadership. Well-presented, professional, and reliable. Strong organizational and communication skills. Computer literate (able to compile basic reports and checklists). Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
