Summary:
Leads the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction across all guest rooms and public areas
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and schedule housekeeping staff.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen.
- Train staff on cleaning procedures and guest interaction.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Work with the front office to manage room readiness.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues.
