? What you'll be doing:

• Coordinating housekeeping and maintenance schedules for seamless operations

• Assisting with stock control, ordering supplies, and tracking inventory

/p
p

• Handling maintenance requests and ensuring timely resolution

/p
p

• Supporting the housekeeping team with admin, documentation, and reporting

/p
p

• Liaising with multiple departments to keep everything on track

/p
p

• Upholding health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the property

/p
p

• Providing general administrative support to management as needed

/p
p
? What we're looking for:

• Previous admin experience in housekeeping, maintenance, or hospitality (luxury environment a bonus!)

• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• High attention to detail with a proactive approach

• Computer literacy (MS Office essential)

• Ability to work independently and under pressure

• Valid South African driver's licence and own vehicle (essential)
