Housekeeping Floor Supervisor

As our

Floor Supervisor

, you willensure our guests receive world-class service, cleanliness, hygiene, and order in the guest rooms and the comfort of guests in their rooms.


You will supervise the day-to-day activities of the attendants responsible for servicing the guest bedrooms and controlling daily guest amenity stock, conducting daily room inspections, and ensuring maximum guest satisfaction by providing a safe, clean, and comfortable guest bedroom space. Part of your role will be to ensure the execution of any additional guest requests that may occur during their shift.


To be successful in this role, you must have a Matric Certificate with experience working across multiple functions, guest rooms, and front of house (e.g., public areas, passages, lifts, restrooms, lobby, gym). Along with relevant experience in a 4environment with experience in a similar supervisory role, you can work an early shift.

You bring a guest-centric approach to every interaction, ensuring all tasks are handled with neatness and professionalism. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills and dedication to accuracy and quality demonstrate your integrity and assertiveness in all situations. Through careful planning and the ability to perform under pressure, you excel at directing efforts toward success while maintaining a high standard of service that reflects your devotion to excellence.
