Duties:
Critical member of the Hotel's management team
Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to safeguard the hotel, its assets, guests, and employees.
Monitor security operations and maintain a visible presence to deter potential threats
Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies, including security plans and emergency response procedures
Oversee the operation and maintenance of CCTV systems and access control systems, ensuring their functionality and effectiveness.
Legislative Compliance
Collaborate with the Front Office/Concierge department to manage the hotel's fleet of vehicles - maintenance, inspections, and ensure compliance with all legal requirements for transportation
Ensure the safety and well-being of guests and staff by providing assistance and support during emergency situations
Collaborate with relevant departments to implement safety measures, safety drills and conduct safety training programs
Oversee the operation and maintenance of CCTV systems and access control systems, ensuring their functionality and effectiveness
