Position: Hotel Room Attendant

Location: 4 / 5 star hotel

Reports to: Housekeeping Supervisor



Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Hotel Room Attendant to join our team at our luxurious 4 / 5 star hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms, ensuring a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for our guests.



Responsibilities:

Clean and tidy guest rooms according to hotel standards Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors Clean and sanitize bathrooms Replenish towels, toiletries, and other supplies Report any maintenance issues or damages to the Housekeeping Supervisor Adhere to hotel safety and security procedures Provide exceptional customer service to guests Assist with special cleaning projects as needed


Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Hotel Room Attendant in a 4 / 5 star hotel preferred Knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures Excellent attention to detail Ability to work efficiently and independently Strong customer service and communication skills Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
