OPERATIONS MANAGER
LIVE-IN POSITION
- (includes 3 meals per day)
.A degree in hospitality management is preferred
5-7 years of experience in hotel operations
A solid understanding of hospitality management principles
A commitment to fostering a positive and engaging work environment for staff and guests alike.
Will collaborate with the General Manager to develop budgets, forecast expenses, and drive profitability through effective cost control measures.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, as the Operations Manager must address guest concerns promptly and effectively while maintaining high service standards.
Responsibilities
Overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring that all departments function smoothly and efficiently to provide and exceptional guest experience.
Will need to manage staff across various areas i.e. including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, spa, and maintenance
Promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
Key responsibilities
