Hotel Night Manager - PaarlWe are looking for a dynamic, detailed and forward thinking team-member to take charge of our night manager responsibilities. You will be joining an experienced, team-oriented hospitality team, that is committed to providing the highest level of guest service.Please be aware that the nature of hospitality requires employees to work on weekends, public holidays and after hours.PURPOSETo help Vrede en Lust and its clients, potential clients and management team in order to structure and manage the banqueting, events, functions, weddings and rental services offered by the Partnership.Assist the Hospitality manager with managing the hospitality section of Vrede en Lust an ensuring the smooth running of accommodation after hours.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES xe2x80x93 include the following and other duties may be assignedAssist with after-wedding-and-night services at all functions in the capacity of Night Manager.Assisting the Hospitality Manager, Assistant Manager & Front of House in all duties.Willing to adhere to any task given by superior, answer calls at any given time and return calls.Assist and manage enquiries regarding accommodation, conferences and other events.Assisting Wedding Co-Ordinator where necessaryRecord and reporting of all incidents at functions, weddings and with guests.Safe keeping of lost property after functions and weddings.Secure locking and alarming of premises.Requirements:Proven hospitality/event experienceExcellent leadership skills with a hand's on approach and the ability to lead by exampleCommitment to guest serviceGreat interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills.Team orientation.Job Types: Permanent, Full-timeSalary: R12 500,00 - R13 500,00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:Paarl, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: R12 500,00 - R13 500,00 per monthAbility to Commute:Paarl, Western Cape (Required)Ability to Relocate:Paarl, Western Cape: Relocate before starting work (Required)Report job
