Job Description
An excellent opportunity has become available for an accomplished Hotel Manager with international experience in globally branded hotels, ideally within the luxury or upscale market. This role suits a dynamic leader who understands world-class service standards and can translate global best practice into an exceptional South African guest experience.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven management experience with internationally recognised hotel brands
- Exposure to luxury hospitality, premium guest services, and high-end operations
- Senior leadership experience in rooms division & food and beverage
- With a further 5 years in a hotel senior leadership position
- Excellent leadership, people development, and cross-cultural communication skills
- A passion for delivering memorable, bespoke guest experiences
- Please note that this is an EE-position
- Willingness to relocate within South Africa
- Proven ability to proactively analyse financial and economic data & proactively advise against potential risk
- Degree or equivalent qualification
