Hotel Manager - KwaZulu-Natal
Salary R90k - R110k per month
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including day-to-day staff management, guest experience, and strategic business performance. This leadership role within a luxury hotel brand is responsible for driving operational excellence, maximizing profitability, and ensuring exceptional service delivery that upholds the highest standards of hospitality.
Requirements:
-Degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field.
-Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Hotel Manager, including at least 3 years at the Executive Management level.
-5 years' experience in Rooms Division management within a 5-star property.
-5 years' senior-level Food & Beverage management experience in a luxury hotel environment.
-Strong financial acumen with proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.
-Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
-Working knowledge of Micros and Opera PMS.
-Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret financial and operational data to make informed decisions.
-Highly presentable with outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills.
-Excellent command of English -- both written and verbal.
-Proven record of exceptional guest interaction and service recovery.
-Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, late shifts, and travel as required.
