GENERAL MANAGER
LIVE-IN POSITION
- (includes 3 meals per day)
.SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
A
minimum of 10+ years' experience in hotel management,
a proven track record of achieving operational goals, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.A
degree in hospitality management
is preferred.Responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and profitability. Role involves managing staff across various departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and a Spa.
Responsible to develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, increase revenue, and maintain the hotel's brand standards.
Key responsibilities include, daily operations and financial management, as well as ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Required to engage with guests to address concerns, gather feedback, and enhance the overall experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for fostering a positive team environment and building relationships with clients and vendors.
