The Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible to oversee staff & budgeting management, menu planning, quality control and customer service.
The Food and Beverage Manager will manage day to day operations of food and beverage outlets, including scheduling, workflow, and staff performance.
These responsibilities require strong leadership, organizational and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of food and beverage trends and customer service excellence.
