Busy Hout Bay seaside hotel seeks an experienced accounts and administrator/data capturer. Applicant MUST already be living in Cape Town. Preferably living in Hout Bay.

Quickbooks Accounting and Payroll Experience (at least 2 years)

Reservationist experience (at least 2 years)

p
Hotelier booking system or similar

p
Filing/Scanning,

p
MSWord/Excel is a MUST, .

Data Capturing
/p
p
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
/p
p
Good communication skills.

Good mathematical ability
/p
p
Other Ad hoc administrative duties as requested

MUST LIVE ALREADY IN CAPE TOWN - preferably live in Hout Bay / Southern suburbs. Own transport essential. NO applicants that are willing to relocate please.
