Key Responsibilities

Warmly greet and welcome guests Manage reservations and seating efficiently Assist guests with basic information about the venue and offerings Ensure a smooth flow of guests and support the front-of-house team

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, professional, and well-presented Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
