Hostess (Luxury Hospitality)
Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Hostess to join our luxury hospitality team! If you've worked with Dineplan and have a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you! As a Hostess, you'll create a bespoke dining experience for our discerning guests.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests with elegance and poise
Manage reservations and waitlists with precision
Ensure tables are perfectly set and maintained
Provide personalized service, anticipating guests' needs
Collaborate with servers and bartenders to deliver seamless service
Maintain the front of house area, ensuring it's luxurious and inviting
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a luxury hospitality role
Dineplan experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Fluent in English, additional languages a plus
Availability to work 4-5 shifts per week, including weekends and evenings
Job Type: Temp to perm
Contract length: 4 months
Work Location: In person
