Job Summary
Hostess - Boulders, Western Cape
We are looking for a professional and welcoming Hostess to be the face of our establishment in Boulders. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for their experience by delivering warm, attentive, and professional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
Manage reservations and walk-in guests with professionalism
Maintain an organised front-of-house environment
Provide guests with accurate information about menus, specials, and services
Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth operations and an excellent guest experience
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer-facing role (hospitality experience an advantage)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
A friendly, polished, and professional demeanor
Ability to remain calm and organised during busy periods
Must live in or around Boulders, Western Cape
