Our client, an exclusive luxury coastal boutique hotel property on KwaZulu-Natal's North Coast, is seeking an engaging and well-presented Host / Hostess to join their guest relations team. This is a wonderful opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives on creating memorable guest experiences in a refined, beachside setting.
Description
The successful candidate will act as the face of the property, warmly welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments. The role requires an individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and special requests.
• Manage dining and lounge reservations and communicate with relevant departments.
• Ensure all guest interactions reflect the property's commitment to service excellence.
• Support the Front Office and Food & Beverage teams as required.
• Maintain a polished and professional presence at all times.

Package Includes:

• Salary: R12 000 per month.

Minimum Requirements

• 1-2 years' experience in a 4 or 5-star hospitality environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong guest service orientation and attention to detail.
• Computer literate and confident handling reservations systems.
• Well-presented, energetic, and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Live-out position - reliable transport essential.
