We are now seeking a warm, professional, and charismatic individual to join our front-of-house team as a Host.

Responsibilities

:

Welcome and greet guests with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor. Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure optimal flow of service. Assist in coordinating the dining experience to meet our high standards of guest satisfaction. Maintain a welcoming atmosphere in the waiting area. Answer phone calls and manage reservation inquiries. Communicate effectively with other front-of-house to ensure smooth service. Uphold our reputation by providing outstanding customer service.

Requirements

:

Previous experience in a host or front-of-house role (experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant is an advantage). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A polished, professional appearance and a welcoming attitude. Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
