We are looking for an energetic, hands-on Junior Hospitality Manager to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our venue. If you are passionate about guest service, love working with people, and have a strong eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Support the senior management team in daily operational tasks

Ensure excellent guest experiences from arrival to departure

Assist with supervising FOH teams (waiters, hosts, bar, etc.)

Handle guest queries, complaints, and service recovery professionally

Maintain service standards and help drive team performance

Assist with staff training, rostering, and communication

Monitor cleanliness, service flow, and overall guest satisfaction

Contribute to smooth opening/closing procedures

Requirements

1-2 years hospitality experience (supervisor or similar role)

Strong communication and people skills

Passion for customer service and teamwork

Ability to stay calm under pressure

Reliable, punctual, and professional

Willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when needed

Bonus: Experience in restaurants, hotels, or fast-paced hospitality environments.

Ability to commute/relocate:

Cape Town, Western Cape 8000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
