Kendrick Recruitment is on the lookout for a dynamic Hospitality Manager to join a world-class lodge, combining the flair of a Restaurant Manager with the precision of a Beverage Controller. This is your chance to shine in a luxury safari environment where every detail matters. What you'll bring to the table: ? Hospitality / Lodge Management Diploma ? 3-5 years' experience in a 5? lodge or boutique property (Big 5 reserve experience = gold stars ?) ? Solid beverage knowledge (cocktail skills = bonus bragging rights!) ? Stock control, purchasing & admin wizardry ? Proven track record with stocktake systems ? Experience in hospitality/service training ? Code 8 driver's licence + your own transport ??? Must be 23+ (sorry, no fresh grads for this one) ? No kids / pets (this role comes with serious focus time) The Offer: ? Salary: R14,000 - R16,000 per month (negotiable, DOE) ? Work in a stunning Big 5 reserve environment ?
