What you'll bring to the table:

? Hospitality / Lodge Management Diploma
/p
p
? 3-5 years' experience in a 5? lodge or boutique property (Big 5 reserve experience = gold stars ?)

p
? Solid beverage knowledge (cocktail skills = bonus bragging rights!)
/p
p
? Stock control, purchasing & admin wizardry
/p
p
? Proven track record with stocktake systems
/p
p
? Experience in hospitality/service training
/p
p
? Code 8 driver's licence + your own transport
/p
p
??? Must be 23+ (sorry, no fresh grads for this one)
/p
p
? No kids / pets (this role comes with serious focus time)
/p
p
The Offer:

? Salary: R14,000 - R16,000 per month (negotiable, DOE)
