The Role
Beautiful 4-star resort seeks an exceptional Housekeeper to manage this up-market establishment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee all aspects of housekeeping operations, including staff supervision and training. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Conduct regular inspections and make recommendations to the facility. Manage the housekeeping staff, planning work and staffing schedules. Ensure guest satisfaction at all times. Schedule inventory management, and coordinate with other departments. Keep track of stock and order as required. Share in handling the front office, reception and the duties therein as and when required.
Skills and Experience
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
As this is a managerial position incumbent must be
experienced in taking charge
. Needs Computer literacy. Semper an advantage. Very good English. Mature, responsible, observant and friendly behaviour. Polite and professional. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Understand how to work with staff of longstanding. Insist on extremely high standards. Own transport and driver's licence required.Other
Work 6 days a week. One weekend off a month. Annual leave to be taken during quiet periods and not school holidays. Good benefits and competitive salary.
