Job Summary Guest Services & Culinary Host Location: Franschhoek, Western Cape The Manor is an intimate, luxury boutique guesthouse /hotel in the heart of the Franschhoek Winelands. We are looking for a hands-on; guest-focused all-rounder who is confident in the kitchen, comfortable interacting with guests, and willing to assist across the house when needed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in hospitality, and understands that in a small luxury property, teamwork and flexibility are essential. Key Responsibilities Guest Services Welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs Interact confidently with guests and take food and drink orders Ensure guests feel at home and well cared for at all times Culinary Duties Prepare breakfast daily Prepare light meals, poolside food and simple dinners on request Maintain a clean, organised kitchen and food preparation area House Operations Assist with housekeeping and cleaning when required Support the smooth daily operation of the property Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the property Requirements Previous experience in hospitality (guesthouse, lodge, hotel or similar) Confident cooking ability (breakfasts and simple, quality meals) Comfortable working directly with guests Willingness to assist with cleaning and general duties when required Reliable; organised and able to work independently REQUIREMENT: Reliable transport and based in or near the Franschhoek / Winelands area Flexible to work weekends, evenings and public holidays when required What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to work in a beautiful, high-end boutique environment Small; supportive team with hands-on owners Potential performance-based bonuses linked to guest experience and reviews
