Our client, based in Johannesburg, is looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. Duties to include:- *Selling scheduled products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers *Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers *Engaging with customers on a commercial level on product support *Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships *Reach out to high potential unallocated customers *Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction *Analyse the territory / market's potential, track sales and status reports *Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services *Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends *Continuously improve through feedback. Minimum Requirements:- *Matric *Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field *Minimum 5 years experience in Hospital Sales *Excellent knowledge of MS Office *Familiarity with Business Relationship Management (BRM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships *Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills *Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills *Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs *Relationship management skills and openness to feedback *Reports - Repwise, Power BI, Smartsheet, Sweet Process (SOP's) *Driver's license + own vehicle *Successful candidate will be required to live in the same area that he / she will work in *Candidate will travel 90% of their time on a mixture of planned and ad-hoc business travel.
