Hospital General Manager

A leading private hospital group is seeking to appoint a dynamic and strategic Hospital General Manager. The successful individual will provide strong leadership to the hospital management team, driving operational excellence, sustainable performance, and strategic growth.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing hospital strategy, fostering a culture of inclusivity, engaging a wide network of stakeholders, and ensuring strong doctor relations to support business sustainability. The hospital currently houses approximately 120 beds.
Requirements:
- A 3-year bachelor's degree (NQF level 7) in a relevant field; a postgraduate qualification (NQF level 8) is advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior management role, preferably within the hospital or broader service industry.
- Proven ability to grow market share and deliver against performance targets.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and strategic partnership capabilities.
- Ability to navigate and thrive in a complex, evolving environment.
