B-Tech: Food Service Management or similar.
QUALIFICATIONS - MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
N. Diploma: Foodservice Management or similar; Matric or Senior Certificate at NQF3. Contract catering experience would be advantageous

ooTo oversee the catering operations and ensure that the budgetary targets are met.oMust have working experience in Industrial or Hotel Catering Operations at the Management level in a site servicing more than 500 people.oMust have good financial acumen, must be presentable, must have good communication skills, must have good problem-solving skills.o Must have experience in a multi-disciplined operational environment.oGood leadership and motivational skills and the ability to train are advantageous. oTo ensure the Company and Statutory regulations of the Occupational Health & Safety Act are always adhered to. Must have HACCP experience.To Ensure that the unit administration is completed accurately and handed in as per set deadlines oEfficient and effective utilization of staff.oTo uphold discipline in the business unit.oRegular meetings are held with the client to further tailor the service we offer to the client's needs as per SLA.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
ooMust have valid drivers license and own transport.oHigh level of communication skillsoExperience working to and exceeding targetsoStrong planning and organisation skills oMinimum 5 years' experience in project management with proven attributes in client care and focus on building relationships across all levels of the client
