Job Description

The successful applicant will be the liaison between our customers, and Real Estate Partners in order to provide excellent customer service for all home loan finance requirements, solutions and completing home loan applications.
Ensure all potential home loan finance requirements for customers from Real Estate agents are channelled through the Company
Ensure that all home loan finance solutions are appropriately packaged to best fit customer requirements
Ensure that all bond applications are submitted to the banks, processed accurately and efficiently to facility quick approvals from grant to registrations of the bond application
Provide advice on packaging, selling and a range of bond solutions to best meet the financial needs of buyers in line with bank requirements.
Cross-selling value-added services to customers and agents
Conduct client interviews, gathering all the required client information, motivating the application and submitting completed applications and support documentation to banks for approval.
Diligently and systematically tracking and/or following up on all applications submitted to banks to ensure quick turnaround and problem resolution.
Liaising with and providing support to banks to facilitate decision making of grants as required
Arbitrating bank credit decisions (where appropriate) to ensure successful grants within acceptable risk parameters to all parties concerned.
Informing buyers/ clients of bond decisions and conditions
Exploring alternative solutions in the event of declines.
Liaising and follow-up with attorneys to the registration of the bond.
Adhering to all relevant compliance and regulatory requirements governing both the financial services and property industries.
Completing all checking procedures in compliance with organizational and professional standards, policies, rules and regulations to minimize risk exposure.
Identifying and alerting management to irregularities and potential fraud.
Adhering to ethical codes of conduct in line with finance services industry requirements and upholding client privacy.
Supporting others (internal and external) to ensure that work is completed on time and in line with service delivery
Matric qualification
Knowledge and experience in the home loans industry
