Position Overview

We're hiring a

Home Buying Specialist

to join our acquisitions team!

We provide

inbound seller leads

, world-class tools, and a proven process that helps you succeed.

If you're

hungry, competitive, and love closing deals

, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Handle

inbound and outbound calls

with motivated property sellers. Build rapport, uncover seller motivations, and present offers. Follow a

proven sales process

and tailor conversations to each seller. Negotiate

win-win deals

and guide sellers through the contract process. Keep detailed records in our

CRM system

for tracking and follow-ups. Collaborate with our

Dispositions team

to ensure smooth contract transitions. Consistently meet and exceed

closing and performance targets

.

What We're Looking For

Experience:

3-5 years in

sales closing

(real estate, roofing, luxury goods, or other high-ticket sales).

Skills:

Excellent

negotiation and objection-handling

abilities.

Communication:

Native-level English, strong phone presence, and trust-building ability.

Mindset:

Hungry, competitive, and financially driven.

Technology:

Comfortable using

CRMs, Google Workspace, and online communication tools.

Work Setup:

Reliable internet, laptop/PC (Intel i5 or better), and a distraction-free home office.

Compensation (Overseas)

Base Pay:

$7/hour

Commission:

2% per funded deal (

average $750-$1,250/month

)

Sign-On Bonus:

$1,000 after 90 days of successful performance
