?? ABOUT THE ROLE
This isn't your typical "book a demo and pass it off" sales gig.
We're looking for a high-ticket B2B closer who's ready to own the entire sales process for a premium executive coaching + business transformation service. You'll be selling $5,000-$10,000 EOS implementation sessions to high-level decision-makers around the world -- think CEOs, founders, franchisors, and startup teams that operate at speed and scale.
We're building an elite global pipeline, and we want someone with the hunger and horsepower to take it from $0 to $400K in 12 months -- and get paid accordingly.

? YOUR OBJECTIVE
Book paid EOS implementation sessions with business leaders -- $5K-$10K each -- and scale to:

• By Day 30, reach $10,000+ in session fees.
• By Day 90, achieve $50,000 in total booked revenue.
• By Day 120, grow to $100,000 in total revenue.
• By the end of Year 1, generate $400,000+ in total revenue.

?? YOU OWN THE ENTIRE SALES ENGINE

• Build your own high-value prospect list using LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and strategic hunting
• Execute multi-channel outreach: calls, texts, emails, LinkedIn DMs, video messages -- whatever closes the deal
• Manage and update CRM daily -- no black holes
• Create custom messaging, case study decks, and short-form content to warm leads
• Book clarity calls and discovery sessions directly with qualified leads
• Close deals and schedule paid EOS sessions
• Report weekly on pipeline, conversion, and revenue progress

? KPIs / SUCCESS METRICS

• $50K+ revenue booked in 90 days
• $100K+ booked within 120 days
• 200+ targeted outreach attempts/week (voice, email, DM, etc.)
• 10+ qualified discovery calls/month
• 2-4 deals closed/month
• Weekly pipeline and performance reporting (non-negotiable)
• CRM and contact records 95% accurate at all times

? WHO YOU ARE

• A B2B closer with real wins under your belt -- you've sold high-ticket consulting, coaching, or agency deals to executives
• You don't wait for leads -- you hunt, you follow up, you close
• You speak "CEO" fluently -- and know how to sell ROI, not features
• You're comfortable chasing whales and building trust in 3 messages or less
• You're obsessed with optimizing your approach, tweaking scripts, and leveling up
• You take full accountability -- no excuses, just numbers

• Have sold consulting/coaching packages at $5K+ previously
• Know EOS, Scaling Up, Vistage, YPO, or similar ecosystems
• Speak multiple languages or have networks in multiple high-income regions
