All Seasons Investments is seeking an ambitious and highly networked Sales Director/Business Development Partner to drive Assets Under Management (AUM) growth by targeting High-Net-Worth (HNW) individuals, family offices, pension funds and other institutional investors, and establishing key relationships with Financial Advisors (FSPs). We currently have clients in the UK, Canada, and South Africa, clients can be anywhere in the world.
This is a unique opportunity to partner with a founder-led investment manger that has delivered exceptional, differentiated returns, particularly during recent market volatility.

Investment Focus: Seperately managed accounts (with a stockbroker of clients choice) focused on S&P500 options.
Minimum Investment: R500,000 (approx. $30,000 equivalent) focusing our efforts squarely on the Mass-Affluent and HNW segments.
The Role: Build and Monetize the Platform
The Sales Director will be responsible for defining and executing our distribution strategy across two primary channels:
1. Direct HNW & UHNW Client Acquisition
Proactively identify, network with, and acquire direct High-Net-Worth clients across South Africa, the UK, Canada, and other countries
Clearly articulate our investment thesis and the unique value proposition to sophisticated investors.
Drive assets into our discretionary portfolios.
2. Financial Advisor (FSP) Referral Network
Establish, maintain, and grow strategic referral agreements with independent Financial Advisory Practices and Wealth Managers.
Onboard advisory firms onto our investment platform, providing them with the necessary reporting and support to trust and promote our strategies.
Remuneration and Partnership
We are seeking a partner, not just an employee. The remuneration structure is heavily weighted towards performance: Base Salary
Accelerated Commission/Bonus Structure tied directly to Assets Under Management (AUM) acquired and retained.
Potential for Equity/Profit Share based on demonstrable success and commitment to the long-term growth of the firm.

Key Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of demonstrable success in investment product sales, business development, or client relationship management within the asset management, private wealth, or stockbroking sector.
Network: An established and active network of High-Net-Worth clients and/or a deep contact list of decision-makers within local independent FSP practices.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of the regulatory and tax landscape are highly advantageous.
Competencies: Proactive, ability to call people on the phone and set up meetings, Exceptional presentation skills, commercial acumen, integrity, and the drive to build a business from the ground up.
