What You'll Be Doing: Social Media:

• Build and grow our social media following
• Schedule and manage exciting posts, stories, and captions.

Community Management:

• Be the heartbeat of our online community. Answer customer emails, DMs, and social media comments.

• Master the art of email marketing. Create the copy for emails, schedule sending, manage email lists, and create eye catching campaigns.
• Set up and maintain email flows.

Paid Advertising:

• Harness your skills with Meta (Facebook) and Google Ads. Optimize ad content, make data-driven decisions, and build our brand to reach new heights.

Photoshoot Planning:

• Take charge of planning captivating photoshoots. Coordinate locations, models, and ensure everything runs seamlessly.

Brand Collaborations:

• We're all about building partnerships! Identify and nurture collaborations with amazing brands.

Website Copy:

• Creating and updating our online store copy and product descriptions to ensure it's on brand and captivating.

Basic Graphic Design:

• Basic graphic design using Canva for social media and stories.

Reporting:

• Measure success with key performance metrics. Share insights that take our marketing strategies to the next level.

What We're Looking For:

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
• Proven digital marketing skills with an impressive portfolio.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
• Exceptional copywriting skills.
• A flair for basic graphic design.
• Familiarity with paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
• Outstanding organization and project management skills.
• A team player with a creative spirit and a knack for staying ahead of digital trends.

Reporting Structure:

• You will report directly to the Head of Marketing.
• You will work closely with our graphic design and content team.
