Job Description

Job Summary Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily IT hardware and software support for users across branches
  • Support systems such as Vision, Workstations, Backup, Printing, basic networking & Microsoft applications
  • Assist operational teams with WMS, Office 365, Antivirus, Windows, and branch POS/Back Office (Vision Pro) systems
  • Monitor ICT infrastructure and ensure speedy troubleshooting & resolution
  • Maintain and update the Asset Register, user configurations, and technical documentation
  • Deploy and maintain Firewall and network configurations
  • Ensure compliance with IT standards, change control practices, and security protocols
Minimum Requirements:
  • Matric with Mathematics
  • 2+ years' experience in IT system setup and configuration
  • L1 level knowledge in:
  • LAN, WAN, Wireless
  • Office 365
  • Active Directory
  • Phones & Printers
  • Remote Support
  • Hardware & Software maintenance
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft environments, endpoint security, and desktop support
  • Strong client interaction experience

  • An excellent communicator (written & verbal)
  • Analytical with strong problem-solving ability
  • Highly organised with flawless attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proactive with strong ownership and follow-up skills
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills
