Job Summary
The healthcare recruiter is a pivotal team member, responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and
managing the recruitment process to identify and secure top talent in the healthcare industry. This role
requires a detail-oriented and self-motivated professional who thrives in a remote working environment.
This person will need to be able to represent the company in a professional matter that represents our
values and missions. Keeping in mind the candidate and client experience with a drive for performance
is key for this position.
Day in the Life
As a recruiter your time is split between identifying candidates who are an excellent fit for our clients'
open requisitions/roles and also maintaining communication and relationships with both candidates and
clients.
Your day will be filled with:
Virtual Video Interviews With Candidates via Google Meet
Sourcing Candidates from Job Boards & Platforms (Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Indeed, DocCafe)
Coordinating Site Visits for Candidates With Clients
Maintaining Relationships With Candidates & Clients
Logging Activity & Administrative work in Airtable

Experienced in Healthcare Recruiting / Staffing (Ideally Direct Placement)
Able to Source Candidates with Boolean Search Terms & Keywords
Familiarity with ATS Platforms (Loxo ATS Highly Preferred)

Reliable & Dependable
Professional
