Healthcare Manager
Job Description
A well-established agricultural environment in the Cederburg is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Manager to oversee primary and occupational health services, coordinate rural community health initiatives, and ensure high-quality clinical governance across on-site facilities.
Requirements:
Relevant tertiary qualification: MBChB, or Diploma/Degree in Nursing or Occupational Health
Registered Healthcare Practitioner
Minimum 5 years experience in community or rural healthcare, including leadership exposure
Dispensing qualification advantageous
Strong knowledge of Primary Healthcare and Occupational Health principles
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational abilities
Computer literate (MS Office)
Compassionate, professional, and committed to improving community health outcomes
Ability to speak and understand Afrikaans is preferred
