Job Summary
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide Primary Health Care services to employees and community members.
Manage daily clinic operations, staff, and administration.
Oversee Occupational Health program and service provider to ensure compliance with legislation.
Promote preventative health and wellness through education and screenings.
Maintain accurate, confidential health records and reporting.
Manage clinic budgets and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
A relevant tertiary qualification preferably MBChB or equivalent or Diploma or Degree in Nursing/ Occupational Healthcare
Registered Healthcare Practitioner
Minimum 5 years' experience in community or rural health, plus leadership experience.
Dispensing Qualification will be advantageous
Strong understanding of Primary and Occupational Health.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Computer literate (MS Office).
Empathetic, professional, and passionate about community health.
