What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) You'll lead a team of advisors, ensuring the smooth delivery of consulting services across a portfolio of employee benefits and healthcare clients. You'll oversee operations, resolve escalations, manage performance, and guide your team's workflow. You'll play a key role in client relationship management, hosting strategic meetings, driving cross-selling initiatives, and identifying service improvements. You'll also oversee special projects, craft client communications, and report on outcomes, making this a role where strategic thinking meets people leadership.

What you'll need You'll need a relevant tertiary qualification (NQF Level 5 ), RE 5 exam is essential, along with Class of Business in Healthcare. You should bring at least five years' experience in employee benefits or healthcare consulting and two years in a leadership role. A valid driver's licence and your own vehicle are also required.
