Requirements:

• Grade 12
• 3-5 years experience in a similar role
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software.
• Drivers license and own transport
• Fully vaccinated

• Identify potential workplace hazards through regular inspections and risk assessments. Evaluate and prioritize risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards.
• Provide safety training and awareness programs for employees and contractors, covering topics such as emergency response, safe work practices, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine their root causes and develop preventive measures to avoid future occurrences.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Make recommendations for improvements as needed.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures, fire drills, and first-aid protocols. Coordinate and participate in emergency response drills and exercises.
• Monitor compliance with all applicable safety regulations and standards and keep up-to-date with changes in legislation.
• Ensure the availability and proper use of safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain records of equipment inspections and maintenance.
• Facilitate communication regarding safety concerns, incidents, and best practices among employees and management.
• Maintain accurate records of safety-related incidents, inspections, training sessions, and safety-related documentation.
• Prepare and submit safety reports to Management.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the safety program and recommend changes accordingly
