We are looking for a

Health & Safety Database Assistant

to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative and data management skills who is eager to build experience in health and safety compliance.



The Role





As a Database Assistant, you will manage and maintain information on our compliance and risk management platform. You'll be responsible for ensuring assessment, survey, and inspection data is accurate, up to date, and accessible to stakeholders.



You'll also support the Health & Safety team with administrative tasks, weekly compliance reporting, and liaising with property managers and contractors to ensure all required documentation is received and logged correctly.

Key Responsibilities




Capture and update compliance information from Fire Risk Assessments, Surveys, and Inspections. Upload compliance documentation and maintain accurate property and manager details. Monitor and update risks and tasks on the compliance and risk management platform. Liaise with property managers and UCM to follow up on documents and service requirements. Prepare and distribute weekly compliance progress summaries. Provide administrative support to the team and assist the Team Leader when required.

What We're Looking For




Strong administrative and data management experience. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Confident communicator with good stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in ICT systems (Excel, Word; Experience with compliance and risk management platforms will be considered an advantage). Highly organised, able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Interest in learning about health and safety compliance within the property sector.
